For years, in every role I held... healer, friend, partner, colleague, family member...

I kept encountering the same pattern in the people around me.

No matter how calm someone appeared on the surface, their body was telling a deeper truth.

I would see emotional shutdowns, sudden spikes of fear, blankness, overreactions or physical discomfort that made no logical sense.

It wasn’t irrational.

It was survival.

My mind and intuition kept pulling me toward understanding this more deeply.

Why were so many people responding to the present moment as if it was unsafe?

Why did the smallest interaction trigger overwhelm, panic or collapse?

Why did the body cling to old stories long after the mind believed it had moved on?

So I followed the thread.

I began studying the long-term impacts of trauma on the nervous system, organs, chakras and primitive survival circuits.

I started mapping the ways emotional experiences imprint themselves physically and energetically.

The deeper I went, the more clearly I could see the structure...

how trauma lives in patterns...

how it shows itself...

and how precisely the body communicates what it has endured.

Each organ held its own emotional resonance.

Each chakra carried its own version of the wound.

Each survival reflex revealed where the past was still living inside the present.

Over time, I realised that what I was creating wasn’t just research.

It was a full-body map.

A map of how Trauma and C-PTSD expresses itself... mentally, emotionally, physically and energetically.

A map showing exactly where the system braces, tightens, collapses or goes into overdrive.

A map that could reveal the precise moment the body learned to protect itself.

This map became the foundation of what is now called The Trauma Map.

Using muscle testing, I discovered that I could trace a person’s trauma response back to its exact location.

Not a general theme.

Not a guess.

The specific organ, the specific reflex, the specific emotional imprint, the specific point of activation.

Once I could identify it accurately, I learned how to release it gently, layer by layer.

The Trauma Map became a bridge between intuition, the body’s intelligence and the deeper architecture of human trauma.

It brings understanding to the reactions people often blame themselves for.

It helps the system recognise that it is safe again...

and allows the body to unwind what it never had the chance to resolve.

Every session includes two parts:

• A precise intuitive release of the trauma imprint

• Simple, powerful integration practices to anchor the shift in the physical body

The energetic clearing helps regulate the system.

The integration homework helps stabilise the new pathways so the regulation becomes embodied.

At this stage, I am the only qualified practitioner of The Trauma Map.

In time, I will be training others to facilitate this work, but for now every session is personally guided by me with the full framework I’ve built, tested and refined over years.

The Trauma Map was born from compassion, curiosity and the desire to truly understand the human experience beneath the surface.

It exists for those who are ready to regulate their system, soften old survival patterns and live with more clarity, safety and connection than they may have ever known.
